The highlight of our Walt Disney World trip was making my little girls’ dreams come true on a special morning before hitting the parks. After looking at all the character dining options, this was the one that I knew would be perfect for the girls. It was a breakfast fit for a little princess. The Princess Storybook Dining happens inside Epcot in the Akershus Banquet Hall in Norway. When you first arrive, you’ll meet your first Princess for an autograph and a complimentary family photo that they bring to your table before you leave. Breakfast included some amazing scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potato casserole, biscuits, cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. They bring out food until you’re stuffed silly, but there is also a breakfast bar for cold items.

Some of the Princesses that we got to meet were:
- Snow White
- Cinderella
- Belle
- Princess Aurora
- Ariel
They came right to our table and signed her autograph book and pose for a photo with her as well. Both of my girls were dressed in their princess outfits. My youngest was Belle, and the older was dressed as Rapunzel. Each of the Princesses addressed my girls like the princesses they were dressed as. It was so sweet. During their meet and greet they do a Princess Processional where you follow your favorite Princess around the hall in a sweet little parade. All of the children I saw were smiling ear to ear the whole time. There was also the sweetest little boy that had lipstick kisses all over his face from all the princess kisses.
The breakfast is on the pricey side but the food was fantastic, and the character interaction is unlike any other. There is no waiting in line in the heat to see them. They come to you! Totally worth the money. Character dining fills up very fast so make your reservations early. You can book up to 180 days in advance online or by calling (407) 939-1947.
After you’re done eating, walk across the sidewalk to meet Princess Anna and Queen Elsa from Frozen.
